Fees and Cancellations

Fees

Fees are $280 per 60 minute session within business hours (9 am-5 pm). Fees for after hours appointments are $310 per 60 minutes. Longer sessions are available and recommended for some forms of trauma processing.

Sarah's fees are lower than the current recommended rate for clinical psychology sessions.

Rebates

Clients referred under a mental health care plan may be eligible to receive a rebate of up to $141 per 50 minute session (for a total of 10 sessions per calendar year. For further information please visit https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/medicare

Clients with private health cover may be entitled to rebates for clinical psychology. Please contact your provider for more details.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule, or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. This will provide an opportunity for your appointment to be offered to someone else who is waiting for treatment. Please consider your treatment needs before cancelling an appointment.

A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If you provide less than 48 hrs notice you will be charged 50% session fee, and 100% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice, or no shows. Thank you for understanding.

Payment methods

Payment in full is required on the day of your session. Payments can be made via card, cash or electronic transfer.
